بِسْمِ اللَّهِ وَعَلَى سُنَّةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ
Transliteration
Bismillahi wa 'ala sunnati rasulillah
Translation
In the name of Allah and upon the sunnah of the Messenger of Allah.
