اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لَهُ وَارْحَمْهُ وَعَافِهِ وَاعْفُ عَنْهُ
Transliteration
Allahummaghfir lahu warhamhu wa 'afihi wa'fu 'anhu
Translation
O Allah, forgive him, have mercy on him, pardon him, and excuse him.
