رَبِّ هَبْ لِي مِنَ الصَّالِحِينَ
رَبِّ هَبْ لِي مِن لَّدُنكَ ذُرِّيَّةً طَيِّبَةً إِنَّكَ سَمِيعُ الدُّعَاءِ
Rabbi hab li min ladunka dhurriyyatan tayyibatan innaka sami'ud-du'a
My Lord, grant me from Yourself a good offspring. Indeed, You are the Hearer of supplication.
Open this duaرَبِّ لَا تَذَرْنِي فَرْدًا وَأَنتَ خَيْرُ الْوَارِثِينَ
Rabbi la tadharni fardan wa anta khayrul-waritheen
My Lord, do not leave me alone, and You are the best of inheritors.
Open this duaرَبَّنَا هَبْ لَنَا مِنْ أَزْوَاجِنَا وَذُرِّيَّاتِنَا قُرَّةَ أَعْيُنٍ وَاجْعَلْنَا لِلْمُتَّقِينَ إِمَامًا
Rabbana hab lana min azwajina wa dhurriyyatina qurrata a'yunin waj'alna lil-muttaqina imama
Our Lord, grant us from among our wives and offspring comfort to our eyes, and make us a leader for the righteous.
Open this duaرَبِّ إِنِّي نَذَرْتُ لَكَ مَا فِي بَطْنِي مُحَرَّرًا فَتَقَبَّلْ مِنِّي إِنَّكَ أَنتَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ
Rabbi inni nadhartu laka ma fi batni muharraran fataqabbal minni, innaka antas-sami'ul-'alim
My Lord, indeed I have pledged to You what is in my womb, consecrated [for Your service], so accept this from me. Indeed, You are the Hearing, the Knowing.
Open this duaوَإِنِّي أُعِيذُهَا بِكَ وَذُرِّيَّتَهَا مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيمِ
Wa inni u'idhuha bika wa dhurriyyataha minash-shaytanir-rajim
And I seek refuge for her in You and [for] her descendants from Satan, the expelled [from the mercy of Allah].
Open this duaأُعِيذُكَ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّةِ مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْطَانٍ وَهَامَّةٍ وَمِنْ كُلِّ عَيْنٍ لَامَّةٍ
U'idhuka bi kalimatillahit-tammati min kulli shaytanin wa hammatin wa min kulli 'aynin lammah
I seek protection for you in the perfect words of Allah from every devil, every harmful creature, and every evil eye.
Open this duaالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي وَهَبَ لِي عَلَى الْكِبَرِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ وَإِسْحَاقَ إِنَّ رَبِّي لَسَمِيعُ الدُّعَاءِ
Alhamdu lillahil-ladhi wahaba li 'alal-kibari Isma'ila wa Ishaq, inna rabbi lasami'ud-du'a
Praise to Allah, who has granted to me in old age Ishmael and Isaac. Indeed, my Lord is the Hearer of supplication.
Open this duaرَبَّنَا إِنِّي أَسْكَنتُ مِن ذُرِّيَّتِي بِوَادٍ غَيْرِ ذِي زَرْعٍ عِندَ بَيْتِكَ الْمُحَرَّمِ رَبَّنَا لِيُقِيمُوا الصَّلَاةَ فَاجْعَلْ أَفْئِدَةً مِّنَ النَّاسِ تَهْوِي إِلَيْهِمْ وَارْزُقْهُم مِّنَ الثَّمَرَاتِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَشْكُرُونَ
Rabbana inni askantu min dhurriyyati biwadin ghayri dhi zar'in 'inda baytikal-muharram, rabbana liyuqimus-salata faj'al af'idatan minan-nasi tahwi ilayhim warzuqhum minath-thamarati la'allahum yashkurun
Our Lord, I have settled some of my descendants in an uncultivated valley near Your sacred House, our Lord, that they may establish prayer. So make hearts among the people incline toward them and provide for them from the fruits that they might be grateful.
