No Envy Except in Two Cases

لاَ حَسَدَ إِلاَّ فِي اثْنَتَيْنِ رَجُلٌ آتَاهُ اللَّهُ مَالاً فَسُلِّطَ عَلَى هَلَكَتِهِ فِي الْحَقِّ، وَرَجُلٌ آتَاهُ اللَّهُ الْحِكْمَةَ، فَهْوَ يَقْضِي بِهَا وَيُعَلِّمُهَا

Transliteration

La hasada illa fithnatayn: rajulun atahullahu malan fasullita 'ala halakatihi fil-haqq, wa rajulun atahullahul-hikmata fahuwa yaqdi biha wa yu'allimuha

Translation

Narrated Abdullah ibn Mas'ud (RA): The Prophet (SAW) said, "There is no envy except in two: a man whom Allah has given wealth and he spends it in the right way, and a man whom Allah has given wisdom and he judges by it and teaches it."
