Allah and His Angels Send Blessings on Those Who Teach People Good
Transliteration
Fadlul-'alimi 'alal-'abidi kafadli 'ala adnakum. Thumma qala rasulullah: innallaha wa mala'ikatahu wa ahlas-samawati wal-ardi hattan-namlata fi juhriha wa hattal-huta layusalluna 'ala mu'allimin-nasil-khayr
Translation
Narrated Abu Umamah al-Bahili (RA): The Messenger of Allah (SAW) said, "The superiority of the scholar over the worshipper is like my superiority over the least of you." Then he said, "Indeed Allah, His angels, and the inhabitants of the heavens and the earth — even the ant in its hole and even the fish — send blessings upon the one who teaches people good."
Practice This Today
Teach someone one good thing today — a dua, a Sunnah, a skill. Even the ants and fish pray for teachers of good.
