Paradise Is at the Feet of Mothers
الْجَنَّةُ تَحْتَ أَقْدَامِ الأُمَّهَاتِ
Transliteration
Al-jannatu taḥta aqdāmil-ummahāt
Translation
Narrated Mu'awiyah ibn Jahima al-Sulami (RA): His father Jahima came to the Prophet ﷺ and said: 'O Messenger of Allah, I wish to go out and fight in the way of Allah, and I have come to consult you.' He said: 'Is your mother still alive?' He said: 'Yes.' He said: 'Then stay with her and serve her, for Paradise is at her feet.'
