Allah Revealed: Be Humble So No One Boasts Over Another
Sunan Abu Dawud · 4895·Narrated by Iyad ibn Himar (RA)
إِنَّ اللَّهَ أَوْحَى إِلَىَّ أَنْ تَوَاضَعُوا حَتَّى لاَ يَبْغِيَ أَحَدٌ عَلَى أَحَدٍ وَلاَ يَفْخَرَ أَحَدٌ عَلَى أَحَدٍ
Transliteration
Innallaha awha ilayya an tawada'u hatta la yabghiya ahadun 'ala ahad, wa la yafkhara ahadun 'ala ahad
Translation
Narrated Iyad ibn Himar (RA): The Prophet (SAW) said, "Allah has revealed to me that you must be humble, so that no one oppresses another and no one boasts over another."
