Allah Grows Even a Date's Worth of Charity Into a Mountain
مَنْ تَصَدَّقَ بِعَدْلِ تَمْرَةٍ مِنْ كَسْبٍ طَيِّبٍ ـ وَلاَ يَقْبَلُ اللَّهُ إِلاَّ الطَّيِّبَ ـ وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ يَتَقَبَّلُهَا بِيَمِينِهِ، ثُمَّ يُرَبِّيهَا لِصَاحِبِهِ كَمَا يُرَبِّي أَحَدُكُمْ فَلُوَّهُ حَتَّى تَكُونَ مِثْلَ الْجَبَلِ
Transliteration
Man tasaddaqa bi-'adli tamratin min kasbin tayyib — wa la yaqbalullahu illat-tayyib — fa-innallaha yataqabbaluha biyaminih, thumma yurabbiha li-sahibihi kama yurabbi ahadukum faluwwah, hatta takuna mithlal-jabal
Translation
Narrated Abu Hurayrah (RA): The Messenger of Allah (SAW) said, "Whoever gives in charity the equivalent of a date from good, lawful earnings — and Allah accepts only what is good — Allah accepts it with His right hand and then nurtures it for its giver, just as one of you raises a foal, until it becomes like a mountain."
