Allah Stretches Out His Hand Day and Night to Accept Repentance
إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ يَبْسُطُ يَدَهُ بِاللَّيْلِ لِيَتُوبَ مُسِيءُ النَّهَارِ وَيَبْسُطُ يَدَهُ بِالنَّهَارِ لِيَتُوبَ مُسِيءُ اللَّيْلِ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ مِنْ مَغْرِبِهَا
Transliteration
Innallaha 'azza wa jalla yabsutu yadahu bil-layli liyatuba musi'un-nahar, wa yabsutu yadahu bin-nahari liyatuba musi'ul-layl, hatta tatlu'ash-shamsu min maghribiha
Translation
Narrated Abu Musa al-Ash'ari (RA): The Prophet (SAW) said, "Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, stretches out His Hand at night to accept the repentance of the one who sinned during the day, and stretches out His Hand during the day to accept the repentance of the one who sinned during the night — until the sun rises from the west."
