أَنِّي مَسَّنِيَ الضُّرُّ وَأَنتَ أَرْحَمُ الرَّاحِمِينَ
Transliteration
Anni massaniyad-durru wa anta arhamur-rahimin
Translation
Indeed, adversity has touched me, and you are the Most Merciful of the merciful.
