Quran·26:78-82

الَّذِي خَلَقَنِي فَهُوَ يَهْدِينِ وَالَّذِي هُوَ يُطْعِمُنِي وَيَسْقِينِ وَإِذَا مَرِضْتُ فَهُوَ يَشْفِينِ وَالَّذِي يُمِيتُنِي ثُمَّ يُحْيِينِ وَالَّذِي أَطْمَعُ أَن يَغْفِرَ لِي خَطِيئَتِي يَوْمَ الدِّينِ
Transliteration
Alladhi khalaqani fahuwa yahdin, walladhi huwa yut'imuni wa yasqin, wa idha maridtu fahuwa yashfin, walladhi yumituni thumma yuhyin, walladhi atma'u an yaghfira li khati'ati yawmad-din
Translation
Who created me, and He [it is who] guides me; and it is He who feeds me and gives me drink; and when I am ill, it is He who cures me; and who will cause me to die and then bring me to life; and who I aspire that He will forgive me my sin on the Day of Recompense.
