O My Servants, I Have Forbidden Oppression for Myself
يَا عِبَادِي إِنِّي حَرَّمْتُ الظُّلْمَ عَلَى نَفْسِي وَجَعَلْتُهُ بَيْنَكُمْ مُحَرَّمًا فَلاَ تَظَالَمُوا يَا عِبَادِي كُلُّكُمْ ضَالٌّ إِلاَّ مَنْ هَدَيْتُهُ فَاسْتَهْدُونِي أَهْدِكُمْ يَا عِبَادِي كُلُّكُمْ جَائِعٌ إِلاَّ مَنْ أَطْعَمْتُهُ فَاسْتَطْعِمُونِي أُطْعِمْكُمْ يَا عِبَادِي كُلُّكُمْ عَارٍ إِلاَّ مَنْ كَسَوْتُهُ فَاسْتَكْسُونِي أَكْسُكُمْ يَا عِبَادِي إِنَّكُمْ تُخْطِئُونَ بِاللَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ وَأَنَا أَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ جَمِيعًا فَاسْتَغْفِرُونِي أَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ
Transliteration
Ya 'ibadi inni harramtudh-dhulma 'ala nafsi wa ja'altuhu baynakum muharraman fala tazalamu. Ya 'ibadi kullukum dallun illa man hadaytuhu fastahduni ahdikum. Ya 'ibadi kullukum ja'i'un illa man at'amtuhu fastat'imuni ut'imkum. Ya 'ibadi kullukum 'arin illa man kasawtuhu fastaksuni aksukum. Ya 'ibadi innakum tukhti'una bil-layli wan-nahari wa ana aghfirudh-dhunuba jami'an fastaghfiruni aghfir lakum
Translation
Narrated Abu Dharr (RA): The Messenger of Allah (SAW) said that Allah, the Exalted, said: "O My servants, I have forbidden oppression for Myself and made it forbidden among you, so do not oppress one another. O My servants, all of you are astray except whom I guide, so seek guidance from Me and I will guide you. O My servants, all of you are hungry except whom I feed, so ask Me for food and I will feed you. O My servants, all of you are naked except whom I clothe, so ask Me for clothing and I will clothe you. O My servants, you sin by night and by day and I forgive all sins, so seek My forgiveness and I will forgive you."
