النَّظْرَةُ سَهْمٌ مِنْ سِهَامِ إِبْلِيسَ مَسْمُومَةٌ فَمَنْ تَرَكَهَا مَخَافَةَ اللَّهِ أَثَابَهُ اللَّهُ إِيمَانًا يَجِدُ حَلَاوَتَهُ فِي قَلْبِهِ

Transliteration

An-nazratu sahmun min sihami Iblisa masmumah, faman tarakaha makhafatallahi atha-bahu Allahu imanan yajidu halawatuhu fi qalbih

Translation

Narrated by Hudhayfah (RA): The Messenger of Allah (SAW) said, 'The glance is a poisoned arrow from the arrows of Iblis. Whoever lowers it out of fear of Allah, Allah will grant him faith whose sweetness he will find in his heart.'
