كُلُّ سُلَامَى مِنَ النَّاسِ عَلَيْهِ صَدَقَةٌ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ تَطْلُعُ فِيهِ الشَّمْسُ تَعْدِلُ بَيْنَ الِاثْنَيْنِ صَدَقَةٌ وَتُعِينُ الرَّجُلَ فِي دَابَّتِهِ فَتَحْمِلُهُ عَلَيْهَا أَوْ تَرْفَعُ لَهُ عَلَيْهَا مَتَاعَهُ صَدَقَةٌ وَالْكَلِمَةُ الطَّيِّبَةُ صَدَقَةٌ وَبِكُلِّ خَطْوَةٍ تَمْشِيهَا إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ صَدَقَةٌ وَتُمِيطُ الْأَذَى عَنِ الطَّرِيقِ صَدَقَةٌ
Transliteration
Kullu sulamy minan-nasi 'alayhi sadaqatun kulla yawmin tatlu'u fihish-shams, ta'dilu baynal-ithnayn sadaqah, wa tu'inur-rajula fi dabbatihi fatahmiluhu 'alayha aw tarfa'u lahu 'alayha mata'ahu sadaqah, wal-kalimatu at-tayyibatu sadaqah, wa bikulli khutwa tamshiha ilas-salati sadaqah, wa tumitu al-adha 'anit-tariq sadaqah
Translation
Narrated Abu Hurayrah (RA): The Prophet (SAW) said, 'Every joint of a person must perform a charity each day the sun rises: to judge justly between two people is a charity; to help a man with his mount is a charity; a good word is a charity; every step you take to the prayer is a charity; and removing a harmful thing from the road is a charity.'
