Allah Descends to the Nearest Heaven in the Last Third of the Night

Yanzilu rabbunā tabāraka wa ta'ālā kulla laylatin ilaṣ-samā'id-dunyā ḥīna yabqā thulutu-l-layli-l-ākhiru yaqūlu: man yad'ūnī fa-astajība lah, man yas'alunī fa-u'ṭiyah, man yastaghfiruni fa-aghfira lah
Translation
Narrated Abu Huraira (RA): Allah's Messenger ﷺ said, 'Our Lord, the Blessed and Superior, comes every night down to the nearest heaven during the last third of the night saying: Is there anyone who invokes Me so that I may respond? Is there anyone who asks Me so that I may give him what he asks? Is there anyone who seeks My forgiveness so that I may forgive him?'
Practice This Today
Set an intention tonight to wake in the last third of the night — even for five minutes of sincere dua. Allah Himself is calling out, asking who will come.
